Booking Deposit: At the time of booking you will be asked to make a $50.00 deposit to hold and confirm your appointment. 

Your booking deposit will be deducted from the balance due at the end of your appointment/consultation. 

If you are deemed medically not suitable to have a treatment/procedure on the day than your $50.00 booking fee is non-refundable. 

Cancellations: Cancellations or changes within 24 hours of your scheduled consultation or treatment will forfeit the $50.00 booking deposit.

No shows will forfeit the $50.00 booking deposit. 

If you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, we may not be able to accommodate you and you will forfeit the $50.00 booking deposit. We will do our best to accommodate you in the time remaining, or reschedule for another suitable time.

To cancel or reschedule your booking, please cancel at least 24 hours in advance via online booking website or by contacting FYG directly. 

Refunds: Due to the nature of non-surgical cosmetic treatments and skin treatments, Feel Your Glow will not provide refunds under any circumstances unless required in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law. 

Please note a medical consultation is always required prior to any treatment to determine suitability therefore treatment is NOT guaranteed
